Tricia is both a career and a relationship counsellor with a highly successful career in HR at a senior level, always adopting a flexible style in her coaching to make sure she helps with the key objectives of her clients. She has coached individuals extensively in relation to their personality styles, on approaches to their work and is a trainer of soft skills such as resilience and leadership. Having worked with some of the top career counselling companies for 20 years and more recently with Relate for relationship counselling she has significant relevant experience.

Tricia lives in Sandhurst in Berkshire having moved up from the coast 5 years ago. She has two children who have now flown the nest and are living in London and Bristol. Looking back on their childhood her approach was to listen to their point of view and not to discount it on the basis of their age. As a new parent she remembers being daunted by the responsibility which was so different to the responsibilities encountered in a work environment.

She has various hobbies from sport through to watching films.

Approach

Possessing an Advanced Diploma in couples counselling and experience of delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy both inside and outside the work place, she will bring a unique approach to the coaching.

She will start by reviewing your needs in the first session and will then recommend the best approach to take both in terms of areas to cover and in the number of sessions.

Experience

Tricia is a Professionally qualified HR Director with many years of experience in coaching, change management and organisational development in both the public and private sectors, specialising in change projects in large organisations.

She held board level positions with Airbus, BP, Sony, and Vodafone and is currently working to make a difference within the NHS with change management and Leadership development.

Tricia Qualified in counselling in 2009.
