66% of returning professional women work below their potential
of new fathers experience mental health issues
We’re so pleased to have engaged with Parent Cloud. The service was very simple to implement and roll out across the company and we can see from our monthly tracking report that our working parents are really engaging with it. A survey of more than 1000 women found that less than 18% felt confident about returning to work. 37% of those who participated in the survey went further to say that they felt so isolated and unsupported they considered resignation.
Increasing the female employment rate from 57% to that of Sweden (69%) results in gains of around 9% of UK GDP, or US$250 billion (or £178 billion).
