Before undertaking therapy training, I worked in a number of corporate roles in Central London and Hertfordshire and so work with a first-hand understanding of the stresses and strains of modern working life.
I am dedicated to supporting professionals, who may also be under the strain of high-pressure careers, as well as experiencing personal struggles.
For me, therapy is often about unearthing resilience and exploring and mastering inner power in order to reach personal and career goals
I am experienced in working with a range of issues such as family and relationship matters, bereavement, sexuality, identity, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is integrative; incorporating different approaches depending on the best fit for the individual and may involve an exploration of the physical and spiritual impact, as well as the emotional.
Whatever is on your mind, I would be delighted to provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore and process
I am a Registered Member of the British Council for Counselling and Psychotherapy and hold a both a PGDip and Masters Degree in Psychotherapy from Regent's University, London
